OUR APARTMENT

Our newly renovated and refurbished 55m², (592 square feet) one bedroom apartment is located on Rue Elzévir in the Marais district, the historic and trendy centre of Paris. This architect designed and furnished apartment is ideal for visitors to Paris who want the best in apartment living and location for their stay. Our apartment is located on the second floor (third floor U.S.), accessible by either stairs or elevator, of an elegant 17th Century building.

The apartment entry is to a small hallway which leads directly to the spacious main lounge which has a view over the private gardens of the adjoining building. The lounge is furnished in a mix of contemporary and antique designer pieces and has three distinct functional areas: the sofa and seating area with fireplace, the dining area with a table for 4 and a small bureau area. There is a flat screen plasma TV with cable TV, a HiFi, CD player and high speed internet connection.

The large bedroom overlooks the private gardens. It has a very comfortable queen size double bed, fitted with luxrious high thread count sheets and plenty of closet space.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and can be used to prepare everything from a petit déjeuner to a gourmet dinner. It features a full size sink,four burner stove, full function electric oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

The modern bathroom has a full size tub with shower, toilet, and wash basin. After spending the day in Paris, you can spoil yourself with a bath in the full size bathtub. If you decide to do your own laundry, there is a hi-tech (and heavy duty!) clothes washer/drier at your disposal.

The apartment is equipped to the very highest standard with all the useful and necessary things to make your stay a real pleasure including hair dryer, iron and ironing board, guide books and naturally, a really fully equipped kitchen for people who like to cook! 100% cotton sheets, bedding and towels are provided together with a starter supply of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and soap and toilet tissue for the bathroom.
