RESERVATIONS

If after checking the calendar, you would like to make a reservation, you can do so directly on the secure website of our property manager by clicking here. A secure webpage will open in a new window and you scroll to the bottom and click on "Check Rates and Availability." From there you can confirm availability, price and reserve directly online. In order to hold your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the rent. For reservations of three weeks or more, the required deposit is 25%. The remainder of the rent is due 8 weeks before your arrival. If a reservation is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then the entire amount is due upon booking. Payment can be made by credit card, wire transfer or check.
